The Crazies

A great movie for horror/thriller fans. It is a remake of the 1973 film and is considered to be one of the rare remakes that is better than the original.

The cast includes Timothy Olyphant, who is best known for his role as a police officer in the Deadwood (2004) series. Radha Mitchell, who is the actress in Silent Hill (2006). Danielle Panabaker, who plays Killer Frost in the Flash series.

The story begins with a baseball game in the small town of Ogden, Mass. A gunman enters the field and is shot by police officer David. He thinks he is drunk and out of his mind, but when he checks, he finds nothing.

Within 48 hours, the bodies start to pile up. People seem to be out of their minds and are becoming increasingly hostile. The military arrives and quarantines the town. But when the quarantine gets tighter, he has to escape from the town. Watch the action-packed The Crazies [2010]
